Scotty was annoyed by the limited selection of gluten free food in stores and restaurants, by the poor quality of the items that were available... but what really annoyed the heck out of him most was the prices that were being charged for them!
So he decided to challenge what was there and to come up with gluten free alternatives to every day/favourite meals that were easy enough for the most basic of cooks (like himself) to make, that didn’t break the bank to do so, but also that would taste awesome too. Never accept poor quality or overpriced substitutes – FREAKS EAT TOO!

Great recipes and very funny commentary

I can't wait to give these recipes a shot, especially tatty scones and battered fish. It's always great to find a GF cookbook that's focused on recipes and the author is charming.
